Cacao and Sound Ceremony

What is a cacao ceremony?
A cacao ceremony is a sacred ritual that revolves around the consumption of pure ceremonial cacao, also known as the "Food of the Gods." This beverage is made with water and high-quality cacao beans—the purest form of chocolate—revered by ancient civilizations such as the Aztecs, Olmecs, and Mayans for its healing properties. Cacao has a rich history in Mexico and Central America as a sacred medicinal plant, and its use has been part of traditional spiritual practices for centuries.
Session description
Our cacao ceremony begins in a circle where participants gather to honor the spirit of cacao. In this session, we focus on the profound connection between mind and heart. We recommend setting a personal intention at the beginning of the ceremony, guiding participants through a fully conscious experience with cacao's natural properties, which include theobromine, phenylethylamine, anandamide, and caffeine. These compounds help promote presence, energize, and release endorphins, facilitating an expanded state of consciousness.
The ceremony includes guided meditations, music, and reflective exercises to strengthen the inner connection with oneself and others. During the session, participants often experience feelings of love, empathy, and emotional release. As they open their hearts, they are invited to accept their present state. The experience culminates with a sound therapy session using metal bowls, integrating the energy of the cacao ceremony.
When is this session right for you?
This ceremony is ideal for those seeking to experience or share a loving and communal moment. It is also suitable for those ready to listen to their intuition, open their hearts, and embrace authentic emotions. Through self-connection, cacao promotes ease and confidence to navigate life's experiences from a place of honesty and truth. The addition of sound healing through singing bowls will deepen your emotional awareness and help you consolidate decisions aligned with your inner truth. Additionally, the group will have the opportunity to share their experiences and nourish each other through communal connection.
